xTPC Inc BASE Turbo Remanufacturing Service
BASE Turbocharger Remanufacturing Service includes (but not limited to)
* New Turbine Shaft
* New Internal precision parts replacement ( **Does not include new ball bearing cartridge for ball bearing application turbos. New cartridge is extra**)
* Full 3 stage turbocharger remanufacturing. (Includes parts washing, media blasting and glass bead media blasting for a fresh new look. Bolts and bolt holes are all chased to ensure proper threading on installation.)
***Thread Repairs if needed are an extra cost and service TPC can provide. We will contact a customer if any repairs are needed and quote for approval prior completing***
Prior to shipping turbo:
1) Please contact us.
2) Fill out repair request form found on our main page and include with your turbo you are sending to us. *TPC Turbo Repair Request Form*
3) Follow our packing instructions. *TPC Shipping Instructions*
Upon receiving the turbo, TPC Inc. will do a thorough inspection of the components and will provide an estimate of the repair costs. TPC Inc. will NOT reassemble a turbo that is deemed unfit for use. For more information, please visit our Warranty Policies.
TPC Inc. services all performance turbochargers e.g.: Garrett - GReddy - HKS - Tomei - Hahn - MAP - Forced Performance - PTE - Blouche - Cobb - Corksport - etc
Rebuild prices include quality parts made in the U.K. and precision balancing. All work is completed in house. Pricing includes balancing.
Note: Cost of rebuilding/upgrading may vary, depending on model and condition of turbo.

Turbo Parts Canada Inc. only uses high end packing materials to ensure your purchase is protected while shipping.
Shipping Processing Times
Depending on your order processing times can vary. Please contact us directly at customerservice@turbopartscanada.ca prior to placing your order if you want to confirm lead time for your order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
Turbo Parts Canada Inc. (TPC) ships to domestic address via Purolator and UPS, International orders usually ship via UPS
Local Pick-Up
In-Store pick up is available Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm. We will call you or send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to do curb-side pickup, please call us to make arrangements.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on any installed turbochargers or parts sold by Turbo Parts Canada Inc., regardless of the
fault or reason.
Refund is only offered for 30 days from the shipping date on uninstalled items. Turbochargers sent back
within this period must be in the original state it was shipped in. Under no circumstances shall Turbo Parts
Canada Inc. issue a refund if we deem the turbocharger has been tampered with, used, installed or modified
by anyone other then Turbo Parts Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any approved returns.
Special order items are non returnable.
