xTPC can rebuild and upgrade any CTS BOSS turbocharger.
When rebuilding your BOSS turbocharger we also install a Light Weight turbine wheel ( 9 blade G series style wheel) into your Boss turbo which will make your turbo spool approx 200 rpm's faster all while maintaining the same top end power.
We can also upgrade your Boss500/600/700. We can upgrade to as large as a GT35R spec turbo. You must send us YOUR Boss turbo to be upgraded. Please contact us for details. Prices will vary depending on which compressor cover you have and what size compressor wheel we are converting to.
With your new found boost and torque down low an ECU re-calibration is highly recommended for your engines safety.
Rebuild includes:
- Media cleaning of all the parts back to like new condition
- New oil seals front to back
- New 100 grams lighter turbine wheel

High Speed balanced in house on our VSR balancing machine.
- 1 year warranty with the purchase of new ball bearings ( additional charge)

Shipping Processing Times
Depending on your order processing times can vary. Please contact us directly at customerservice@turbopartscanada.ca prior to placing your order if you want to confirm lead time for your order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
Turbo Parts Canada Inc. (TPC) ships to domestic address via Purolator and UPS, International orders usually ship via UPS
Local Pick-Up
In-Store pick up is available Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm. We will call you or send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to do curb-side pickup, please call us to make arrangements.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on any installed turbochargers or parts sold by Turbo Parts Canada Inc., regardless of the
fault or reason.
Refund is only offered for 30 days from the shipping date on uninstalled items. Turbochargers sent back
within this period must be in the original state it was shipped in. Under no circumstances shall Turbo Parts
Canada Inc. issue a refund if we deem the turbocharger has been tampered with, used, installed or modified
by anyone other then Turbo Parts Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any approved returns.
Special order items are non returnable.
